Project Description:
The project involved developing the NEO that forms the crux of the service management
system of the OSS stack of the client. The developed app provides both service fulfillment
and service assurance capabilities/process within BT. This project covers the design,
development & testing part of all the deliverables of NEO. Both manual and automated
testing process is followed in the project and involves agile methodology. It interacts with
various upstream/downstream systems like One Seibel, LIMS, BAL, OR and PACS etc.
Responsibilities:
Developer from March 2011 to June 2014 with the following responsibilities:
 Worked as a Associate Engineer from March 2011 to June 2012.
 Gone through the design document given by designer and understand the user
story requirements.
 Developed user stories for Service Fulfillment specified in the design document
by using Amdocs Clarify CRM process manager.
 Experience in writing CBO(Clarify Business Object) Programming to use in
process manager.
 Experience in changing the spring configuration file to enrich the out bound xml
as per design/client requirement.
 Given estimation efforts/time from development to design team for FP
calculation.
 Fixed the PR’s at the time of CST Testing by checking the application logs.
 Helped the team members while facing difficulty in development.
 Got promotion from Associate Engineer to Software Engineer and worked as
