Review pronoun placement:
2 verbs you can write the pronoun before the conjugated verb or
attach to the infinitive or participle
Examples: Mi madre va a lavar el coche.
Replace el coche with lo since it’s a masculine singular noun
Rewrite 1 of 2 ways: Mi madre lo va a lavar OR Mi madre va a
lavarlo
If you have a participle: Mi madre esta lavando el coche, write 1

11. 6.10 La Casa proyecto
This unit you are doing a photo project about your house (in Spanish). You have two options as to
how you will complete the project.
If you choose OPTION 1 you are writing about 5 rooms in your house. To talk about each room you
must write 3 sentences (for a total of 15 sentences) and you must have 1 picture to accompany each
room (for a total of 5 pictures) and the description should match the picture, real or not.
If you choose OPTION 1 you must complete it either as a .ppt (powerpoint) or .doc (microsoft word
document). If you do not have Microsoft Word or Powerpoint then download OpenOffice (it's a free
download - google it).
If you choose OPTION 2 (the video option) you will talk about 3 rooms in your house and speak 3
sentences describing each room (for a total of 9 sentences). You will video the rooms as you talk -
don't film yourself talking.
Keep in mind the following when you are doing either option for this project:
Choose five rooms for Photo Essay/ Three rooms for the Video.
Write three sentences that describe each room..
Use a picture that matches the written description.
Talk about the furniture in each room in one of your sentences.
Talk about what you do in each room in one of your sentences.
The project has to be completed using the vocabulary/material/sentence structures of the unit.
