structure within the camp premises and equipped for lubrication, filter changes, tyre filling, and minor repairs.
Diesel for the construction plant will be stored on site in a 15,00liters steel tank installed in accordance with the safety requirements for fuel storage.
Material Handling & Lifting:
1) Tower Crane It is proposed to use three (3) static tower cranes The HUH is 35 m, jib length 50m, and lifting capacity is 10 ton with 2 ton Tip load whose seems to be adequate for
Project.
2) Construction Passenger Hoist single cabin with 2 ton capacity – 2 Nos.
3) Construction Cargo Hoist single cabin with 2 ton capacity – 2 Nos.
Concrete Pumps:
Two stationary pumps 60 Cu-m/Hr are proposed for concrete placement in the floor slabs. The 125mm diameter delivery line shall be attached to the building structure (columns or lift core)
through steel profiles and expansion bolts. It is also proposed to use a mobile pump during ground level and low level concreting.
System Formwork:
The proposed system formwork will comprise of:
1) Panel forms for internal walls and columns.
2) Panel forms for lift cores and stair walls.
3) Slab form systems for floor slabs, drop panels & beams.
4) Site fabricated forms for staircases and special shapes.
It is proposed to use the RMD Kwikform system we already own and which has been successfully used on several high profile projects. All formwork and accessories shall be designed for the
imposed loads of the concrete and for specified off-form finishes.
Formwork for Slab, Drop Panels and Beams:
We propose to have 80,000 Sft of proprietary RMD system formwork and 40,000 Sft of conventional formwork at site for Slab, Drop Panels & Beams. Form face would be 18mm thick quality
plywood.
6
Formwork for Columns and Walls:
We propose to have 45 sets of Columns Formwork.
Other Equipment:
Other equipment for building construction shall include excavation and backfill compaction machinery, material handling equipment, power generating sets , dewatering equipment, re-bar
fabrication equipment and conventional scaffolding for access / miscellanies uses..
Manpower Deployment / Supervision:
Efficient and productive deployment of labor and supervisory staff on building construction is achieved by:
1. Speedy transport to floor levels of personnel, tools, and materials.
2. An efficient communication system between ground facilities such as stores, laboratory, batch plants, workshops etc.
3. Easy access to facilities such as toilets and drinking water.
For communication between the works crews on floor levels and the ground facilities hand-held radio sets shall be used.
The above measures shall ensure quick deployment of work crews to floor levels, timely availability of tools and materials, and a minimum of non-productive labor time due to toilet breaks and
water breaks.
Plant & Equipment Proposed:
Please refer to attach Equipment Deployment Plan.
Material Procurement:
Procurement of all permanent material will be the responsibility of the site management team. They will be responsible for submittals, approvals, ordering, delivery and warehousing.
