3. The Republic of Kenya, is a country in Africa and a founding
member of the East African Community (EAC). Its capital and
largest city is Nairobi.
Kenya has a warm and humid tropical climate on its Indian
Ocean coastline.
Thanks to its diverse climate and geography, , expansive
wildlife reserves and national parks
6. Kenya also has one of the most colorful tribes in
Africa.
7. There are plenty of reasons why Kenya is one of Africa's top
tourist destinations. But, let’s find out what are the thoughts
of our two colleagues on their native country, who migrated
in Romania.
8. According to them, the main reason of their departure
from Kenya was the sudden death of their father. They
moved here for being closer to their family. However,
they claimed that they would always go back there for
visiting purposes only.
Both of them admit that they were too young to
remember significant fragments of their childhood spent
in Kenya.
When asked about the educational system, they said that
Kenya has a more pertinent one than Romanians have.
10. We were also curious about wether they had any specific
manners and we were pleased to find that the color RED
stands for courage and BLUE stands for loyalty.
We presumed that there were certain derivations from
the official language spoken in Kenya. One of them is
called Swahili, but neither of our colleagues can speak it.
Another thing we asked them was to make a comparison
between Romania’s economical level to Kenya’s. Kenya
is relying on tourism, meanwhile Romania is counting
on agriculture. However, they said, they both seem to be
at a similar level.
11. All in all, they had great words to say about their native
country.
However, they both agreed they wouldn’t go back
living there, because they have found a better life for
themselves among Romanians – a place they now call
home.
