date against invoice, checking quantity, checking LPO if double order,

 Monthly filing, segregated the invoices by suppliers and send to the head office

 Monthly checking expiry and near expiry products to remove in the shelves

Collections Officer: Duties and Responsibilities
 Handling Accounts Receivables (AR)
 Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
 Establishes and maintains computerizedrecords for each accounts
 Maintains files of correspondence, payments, records and related information
 Contact delinquent clients by phone in order to discuss legal requirements or to make
arrangements or feasible options
 Researches, verifies and reviews financial information and makes recommendations
concerning disposition of accounts
 Prepares reports and correspondence relative to collections, status of accounts and
payment records
 Performs related responsibilities as required and assigned
Other Functions
 Logistics warehouse Assistant / Monitoring and Checking Incoming and
Outgoing Shipment / Checking Serial number through invoices / Packing and
checking Deliveries / scheduling deliveries, monitoring Inventory
 Plots Schedules of daily Deliveries
