with the business customers and profession to

principal.
There is a contribution is at every level as a self
improvement and company development and
societal status improvement occurrence.

4. Achievements and work
Finance Management
 A basic need to perform any activity or project is to
acquire finance.
For this task the involvement
of people is basic need so to
involve people rotary club
arranges cricket tournament all
years such that people can
involve with fun.
And this group done many
other projects related to
PRO (Public relation)
projects

5. Cycle Marathon :
 Cycle Marathon is also concept of fund management as
well as it provides some social massages such as Save
Fuel , Save Environment , AIDS awareness.
 This marathon conducted each year in which 5-80 year
old people can take part.

6. Health Related Activities :
 Polio eradication is main goal or rotary group that is to
make India polio free. For that vaccination camps are
conducted .
• Total literacy in India:
 This project is mainly conducted to make India
educated in this project the activities such a to educate
poor children , to provide hygiene food and clothes , to
teach manners to this students , to handle examination ,
and who are capable then to arrange their admission in
private school and handle their expense .
 The Group Handles night school at Ghogha circle rotary
club.

Project is to make all
children educated .

8. • Water Harvesting and water
purification
 Bhavnagar is places at seashore so Bhavnagar has large
quantity of salted water and so that the saltiness of soil is
increasing day by day to overcome this problem rotary
has created solution.
 Group has created a mechanism such that all pure water
enters in bore well and such that we can decrease
saltiness of soil.
 By this project the level of water increased and saltiness
of soil is also decreased.
 As well as Surendranagar and Vadhvan area also gets
service by rotary club.

9. • Service as Tansa Group
 This group provides services in religion work ,Jivdaya
and provides grain kit to poor families.
• Trusty at R. K. Home school
 Mr. Jitesh shah has contributed service as trusty in R.
K. Home School.
 The group distributes the service to students that
attracts student at school inspire of tuitions.

10. Future planning :
• Rotary Gram Kalyan Project
 Under this project rotary group has adopted one village
named Ganesh gadh at khar area for three years to
make this village ideal village and to provide basic
needs to these village.
• E Library
 This project has aim to make all the students and
people take reading as hobby. People can get soft
copies and hard copies of any book that are generally
not available in Bhavnagar such as readers digest and
many other science fiction magazines and other
competitive exam books at free of cost

11. Success Criteria :
The main success is not only completion of program
and get praise from public . The main success is when
you get satisfaction of work .
For example One Heart to Heart camp was organized
by Rotary club in which the main aim was to provide
medical care to these patients.
In this project three patients got their life back so their
parents gave them blesses so this self satisfaction is
great success.

To make this social service ongoing the help of youth is
basic need so each and every student should provide
their contribution in any social service group as much
as possible .
To provide contribution provides inner joy and blessings
of peoples who have needed help and big and efficient
changes can take place.
