3. Acomputerized tomography (CT) scan combines a series of X-ray images
taken from different angles around the body and uses computer processing
to create cross-sectional images (slices) of the bones, blood vessels and
soft tissues inside your body. CT scan images provide more-detailed
information than plain X-rays do

2. Show significate soft tissue injury , especially rupture globe.
3. Easier to perform , quicker than complete views of plain films radiographs.

2. CT may has artifacts which may disturb interpretation of tooth supporting structure
3. CT relatively has high cost comparable with plain X-ray or panorama X-ray
