7. المستقبل الوظيفي
• أين ترى نفسك بعد بعد 5 سنوات من الآن! 10 سنوات او 20 سنة
• هو مسار حياتك الوظيفية والمهنية والتدرج بها حتى تصل إلى مبتغاك
• نفرق بين المسار الوظيفي والمسار المهني؟
– المسار الوظيفي هو طريق التدرج في السلم الوظيفي
– المسار المهني هو طريق التدرج في الاحتراف المهني في مجال عملك

8. تخطيط وتنمية المسار الوظيفي
Career Planning and Development
• إحداث توافق وتطابق بين الفرد من جهة، وبين الوظائف التي
يشغلها من جهة، وذلك بغرض أساس ي هو تحقيق أهداف المنظمة في
الإنتاجية، وتحقيق أهداف الأفراد في الرضا.
• يمكن النظر إلى مفهوم المسار الوظيفي من عدة زوايا،
– مجموعة الوظائف المتتالية التي يشغلها الفرد على امتداد عمره الوظيفي،
– تتأثر باتجاهاته وطموحاته وآماله ومشاعره،
– وقد ينظر إلى المسار المهني من منظور الحركة داخل المؤسسة،
– وقد ينظر إلى المسار المهني أو الوظيفي باعتباره سمة مميزة للموظف، حيث
يتكون مسار كل موظف من عدة وظائف ومراكز إدارية وخبرات متنوعة.

9. تخطيط وتنمية المسار الوظيفي
• تزداد أهمية التخطيط للمسار الوظيفي في مراحل معينة :
– من أهمها مرحلة أول وظيفة للفرد "عادة بعد تخرجه من مرحلة التعليم
الجامعي" الفترة العمرية من 22 – 27 سنة
– وفي مرحلة الاستقرار العائلي من 30 – 40
– ماذا يحدث هنا؟ تغيير مجال العمل
– وفي مرحلة منتصف العمر "حول سن الـ 45 سنة
– وفي مرحلة التقاعد

10. خطوات تخطيط المسار الوظيفي
• هذه الخطوات تعتمد على التبصر والصراحة الذاتية للفرد،
• بناء وتخطيط مستقبله بنفسه،
• الإصرار على المرور خطوة بخطوة من الوضع الحالي إلى المستقبل

– التبصر بالآمال المستقبلية
– التعرف على القدرات والمهارات الحالية. ما هي الإمكانيات والقدرات
والمهارات المتوافرة حاليًا لدي
– معالجة الفرق ومعرفة الحلول . كيف؟
