This document describes the concept of "corporate cell division", a business management theory created by Eckart Wintzen. The theory proposes regularly dividing companies into smaller, autonomous units when they reach a certain size, similar to how biological cells divide. This keeps overhead low and encourages competition and innovation among the smaller units. The document claims this approach can make workforces happier, more efficient, and increase revenues. It invites the reader to recruit others to learn more about Eckart Wintzen's book on the topic.

4. What is Corporate Cell Division???
•
Corporate cell division is a business management theory
created by Eckart Wintzen , founder of the company BSO.
•
In November 1996, Wired Magaine ’s Rogier Van Bakel
summed up the theory describing how “… company
the
would reach 100 employees than split ...each half
[functioning] as a lean , competitive unit .” Not only would
this division employ friendly competition that would
energize the entrepreneurial spirit , but Van Bakel told of
how “Overhead stayed low… and the best new people
handled virtually any challenge Wintzen threw at them ,
knowing that they could rise through the ranks fast and
perhaps one day head their own cells .”
