Global:- 4 main cross-cutting sectors
– Landowners – farms wanting utilise wastes and provide
own heat, power and fuels, cut utility costs

disposal costs and generate energy from wastes

overseas operations, fuel in Afghanistan is £20/ litre
– Humanitarian – response to natural disasters, or for
planned development and relief programmes
