6. Concern: As per requirement, a soft copy of
the Certificates issued to students of Value
Added/Certificate Courses must be
collected.
Solution: It was recommended that a digital
copy of certificates issued to students of
Value Added/Certificate courses should be
maintained by the Co-ordinators as the
same would be required as proof for SSR.
7. Concern: As per requirement, all photos
must be Geotagged to be submitted as
proof.
Solution: It was recommended that all the
photos taken that are to be submitted for
any activity as proof should be
geotagged.
8. Concern: As per requirement, students’ information
regarding placement or Higher Education must be
collected for future reference.
Solution: It was recommended that to efficiently track the
student progression to jobs/higher education a Google
form will be required to be filled by every student before
they place a request for issuing transcripts/provisional
certificates/any other authentication. This will be tracked
mainly at two levels – The faculty level and the
administration level. All students requesting for LoRs and
other authentication from faculties should be directed by
the faculty to fill the Google form for student progression
before the same is issued.
9. Concern: As per requirement under
Criteria 7, college must have a Green
Policy Document.
Solution: It was recommended that Criteria
7 should prepare a Green Policy
Document as the same was a
requirement for AQAR.
10. Concern: As per requirement, college must
have Policy document for Divyang
Students.
Solution: It was recommended that a
policy document for Divyang Students
should be prepared and uploaded on the
college website.
11. Concern: As per requirement, Value Added
Courses should have Programme Code.
Solution: It was recommended that a
Programme code should be created for
various value added courses being offered
in the college. The Principal suggested that
the code should be made in a logical
manner incorporating the year of
initiation, course name etc.

2 specially with reference to Admission
and pass percentage of students.
• For this synchronization College admin
has to play a major role.
