78% of the employees who feel motivated are those who have worked more than 3 years but less
than 5 years in Investo. They are the asset to the company as they are motivated and also because
they are resulting in the less turnover ration. Whereas people who are new i.e., have worked less
than a year are the ones lacking in motivation
