Suggestions
1. As there is lack in work clarity among
employees so we will recommend
supervisors/ managers to clearly state
the roles and clarify any doubts.
2. People feel they are not heard by the
management so the hierarchy shouldn’t
be a hindrance to the employees to
reach the management
3. organization tasks to improve the
employee motivation will help
employees get engaged even more.

78% of the employees who feel motivated are those who have worked more than 3 years but less
than 5 years in Investo. They are the asset to the company as they are motivated and also because
they are resulting in the less turnover ration. Whereas people who are new i.e., have worked less
than a year are the ones lacking in motivation

They also find it hard in the opinion delivery.
  • 21. Suggestions 1. As there is lack in work clarity among employees so we will recommend supervisors/ managers to clearly state the roles and clarify any doubts. 2. People feel they are not heard by the management so the hierarchy shouldn’t be a hindrance to the employees to reach the management 3. organization tasks to improve the employee motivation will help employees get engaged even more.
  • 22. Best department to work at 1. According to the survey analysis, Marketing so far shows employees who are more motivated, satisfied and encouraged to grow, thus this is the best department to work at 2. 2. sales and service lacks on the above parameters

Whereas people who are new i.e., have worked less than a year are the ones lacking in motivation
