It is apparent that 70% of people think that the workplace DO
discriminate against you if you do have visible tattoos and
excessive piercings. To an extent, they are
correct, however, according to our research, there are
companies that overlook tattoos and piercings.

It is interesting to see that the majority of people think that an
acceptable piercing in the workplace is just on the ear lobe. It is
extremely common to find people with just their lobes
pierced, hence why it is more accepted in the workplace. Facial
piercings seem to be deemed less acceptable in the workplace
according to the people we asked. No one thought that it was fine
to have an eyebrow piercing, and only one thought it was
acceptable to have a lip piercing. Perhaps people find piercings
hidden away such as an ear piercing more acceptable than a
visible one.

documentary is about tattoos and piercings which is a physical
thing, we will definitely be including graphics in our
documentary.
