The majority of the
people that answered
my survey were males
aged 17 – 20 years old.
They were either
students at college or
university or working
full time. Also, a lot of
them purchased
magazines.
3. Questions 5-6
The most popular
magazine that was
chosen was ‘XXl’. This
suggests to me that the
people that answered
my survey like RAP
and Hip Hop. Also,
most people spent
between £5- £10 on
magazines per month.
4. Question 7
The majority of
people said that
they read their
magazines in
paper format.
However, some
people specified
that they would
prefer to read the
magazine on their
smartphone or
IPhone. This could
be due to the
advance in
technology.
6. Question 10
As most of the
people that
answered my
survey were young
men the most
popular genres of
music that were
chosen were RAP
and they indicated
that they like the
UK originated genre
of grime. Which is
rising in popularity.
Therefore, I have
decided to make
the genre of my
magazine Grime
