Mr. ZOUHAIER BBEENN AAMMOORR is a senior electrical engineer and has broad experience and solid electrical
background extending over a period of 30 years in power generation feasibility studies, constructions work
supervision, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance. He is well equipped to handle almost any
situation whether in the office or in the field.
He holds a degree in electrical Engineering and Master of Science –electrical system and network from
Polytechnic institute of Belorussia.

 Wide experience and knowledge with regard to Power Plant (PP-Thermal-Gaz Turbine-Combined
Cycle-Diesel Power Plant) engineering and construction works.
 Wide experience and knowledge with regard to Operation, maintenance and management of PP.

statements;
 Review and approve site related electrical design/ engineering matters submitted by the Contractor;
 Review and approve Contractor’s site quality assurance / quality control system proposed for all
electrical erection/installation/commissioning activities;

2.  Review and approve the proposed electrical test procedures for materials / equipment / plant to be
tested on Site by the Contractor. Witness such tests and review the related test reports;
 Monitor and check Contractor’s work progress in the electrical areas for the purpose of progress
payments and assist the Project/Site Manager in issuing the payment certificates with all necessary
backup;
 Attend the regular (daily/weekly) Site coordination meetings with the Contractor and the monthly
progress review meeting;
 Prepare the regular Site progress reports for the electrical part as required by the Project/Site
Manager (weekly and monthly);
