PERSONAL SUMMARY
I got a degree of Home Eco (BA (HE) 2002-2003 from the University of Distance Education
Yangon. I am now attending Martin Learning Centre (Master Degree Program) which is the
post graduate classes from Assumption University of Thailand, teaching the general
knowledge about the marketing, management in administration, human resource
management, etc.Since May 2005, I have been working for one of the pharmaceutical
companies in Myanmar, named “United Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.” until now for nearly
10years.As being as Assistant Trader Marketing Manager at present, to achieve productive
and successful outcomes in relevant promotions which lead getting for more brand
awareness and more demand, I have to create more attractive & persuasive POP materials
in ATL, BTL and promotion programs in channels of medical, trade, modern trade and end-
users in specific times. I have done the annual marketing plan and budget expenses in right
time. I give ideas for creating in production of commercial display designs of communication
materials by harmonizing with respective department & visiting to drug stores and
promotion events.
I have been promoted from Sr. Distribution Services Representative to Trade Marketing
Associate in September 2009. I had to coordinate with other sales & marketing department,
medical channel promotion department for choosing product to do special promotion,
product knowledge training and Commercial Distribution & Trade Marketing Department
for selecting trade outlets to do in-store promotion and cooperate with procurement
department for providing appropriate & attractive POP for promotions, then co-operate
with HR department for recruitment of appropriate casuals for promotion team and with
finance department & treasury for handling cash advance, expenses, etc.
I have been promoted from Distribution Services Representative to Sr.
Distribution Services Representative in August 2008 as well as a sales representative to
achieve sales which is the objectives of organization, I had meet with needs of various kinds
of customers and had made dealing in good ways to satisfy their needs.
Since2005 to 2007, I join in United Pharmaceutical Company as a Medical
Representative and also retail Drug Store channel, clinic and hospital Channel. At that time
not only promoted MDs but also trade channel cover as a merchandising team leader.

 Manage and lead promotion team to stimulate higher sales by doing direct sales
promotions, in-store promotions to end-users at modern trade outlets and key
outlets (supermarkets, minimarts, grocery stores and selected drug stores and
pharmacy) in Yangon and respective out-town areas of Lower Myanmar.
 Communicate and coordinate with modern trade and trade outlets for sales
promotion to push sales to end users at these outlets with special promotion girls,
