Ø Strategic acquisition by energy sector player (revenue multiplies x 3). Revenue potential in the next 6-7
years is over EUR 300M. Potential buyers: Tier 1 automotive suppliers (Valeo, Magna, Continental, BOSCH or
Chinese companies) or battery manufactures (Samsung SDI, JCI, SAFT, etc.)
Ø Strategic acquisition by venture arm of energy sector player (e.g., Bosh Ventures) at earlier development
stage.
