* Sales and Marketing: The sales and marketing team is responsible
for generating leads and closing sales. They are also responsible for
developing and executing marketing campaigns.
* Customer Service: The customer service team is responsible for
providing support to our customers. They answer questions, resolve
issues, and provide feedback to the sales and marketing team.
* Installation: The installation team is responsible for installing our
solar water heaters. They also provide training to our customers on how
to use and maintain their systems.
* Maintenance: The maintenance team is responsible for maintaining
our solar water heater, UPS & battery. They perform regular inspections
and repairs to ensure that our systems are operating properly.
* Repair: The repair team is responsible for repairing our solar water
heater, Panel, UPS &battery. They diagnose problems and make repairs
to ensure that our systems are operating properly.
