Project Designed a mobile, Web-based portal
application for doctors and patients for
a specific ailment and its treatment plan.
This pilot application handles compliance,
delegation, enrollment, patient informa-
tion, prescriptions, scheduled testing, site
management, etc.
Deliverables Research — Conducted user research;
facilitated UX sessions; gathered require-
ments and collaborated with project own-
ers and technical groups to ensure accuracy
of documentation.
Architect — Worked with the Sr. UX
Architect to design use cases (based on
personas) to better understand user goals;
and synthesized research findings to refine
the system architecture.
Design — Created a clickable, medium-
fidelity prototype that included use case
workflows (positive, negative and error
states); directed the visual design of high-
fidelity mockups by an external design
agency; these mockups were later sent
to the FDA for approval.
Validate — Conducted informal, guerrilla
usability testing.
