A Full – Service Construction Company
TGP Construction has been involved in construction and property development for the past 30 years. Originally operating
primarily in the Northern Suburbs and Helderberg area of Cape Town, the business has now expanded to the rest of the
Western Cape and Gauteng and has a growing client base in the rest of South Africa. TGP Multi-Level was established in
2013 as a specialised multi-level construction business.
In line with the groups expansion strategy Michael van Rooyen has recently joined the group and his role is to grow the business
geographically as well as to build capacity to service all aspects of the real estate housing and building markets.

A diverse Building Business of choice engaged in the South African Real Estate market with an established Western Cape and
Gauteng presence and a growing client base in the rest of South Africa. Achieving growth by pursuing both self initiated
