To provide full building surveying and project management

Solution
A strategic property review was completed before fully
refurbishing the 250,000 sq ft office space. Replacement of all
main M&E services, plant and infrastructure was also carried out
and delivered to BREEAM Excellent.

Results
Acting as client side project sponsor we successfully oversaw the
design and construction, ensuring this large, complex three year
project was completed on time and within budget. The project
helped revolutionise the public sector drive savings through
sub-letting of Government Estate.
