BUSINESS PLAN
MISSION
_ We are committed ,to provideaffordablealterations, renovations and
maintenance which include waterproofing, preparation work, painting interior
,exterior of houses ,hotels, schooland boundary walls ,gates, vanishing of doors,
roof S’ , tiles, wedo all wood and joinery work that includes roofing, ceilings, door
fittings, shop fittings, wooden floors, decking ,kitchen cupboards, wardrobes ,
B.I.C, skirting ,cornice, partitions, drywalls. Wearelooking forward to fix almost
all homes in Fourways ,Randburg, Brynston and surrounding area. Our goalis to
be by 2016 wewould be given maintenance jobs almostby all households and
properties in Johannesburg north.
OBJECTIVE
–To do our work with professionalism
-To offer value to all our customers.
-To maintain sustainable relations with our customers, ie that is achieved
by(i)jointquality improvements,(ii)jointproblemsharing(iii)information sharing
like feedbacks and referencing.
-To give options according to customer preferences.
-Safety of staff is adhered to.
-
STRATEGY
-We work as small team of skilled , experienced, honesty workers. Wework
timeously and within our resources. Weget 70% of our jobs through references
and networking . We offer fix and supply normally with 75% depost or the
customer supply the materials while weoffer time, expertise, labour ,material
handling and tools. That is when we havecash flow constraints as we are a new
company. Our prices are affordablewithout compromising our value.
Considering the cut-throat competition in the construction industry .
For references or recommendations weoffer 5% trade discounts of all labour
costs. In our endeavour to grow our market share, weare prepared to take
other small projects pro-bono. Our organizationalstructureis flatter and
boundaryless. Normally, competency and knowledgenot tittles matters ,eg when
the bulk of work is carpentry the carpenter is the teamleader.
TACTICS
We start early and knockoff late depending on the life span of the projectand
other considerations .The number of workers also depend on how big and the
nature project. One team member comes to worksite, to take the measurements
, do all the quotations, workoutmaterial requirements, labour units ,projectlife
span and iron out other modalities .If agreed we bring our tools and startworking
.Quality of work is our priority .All our workers should providevalid positive
identities if requested by property owners or security at the worksite. Wedo not
wastematerials unnecessarily .The teamleader has attention to detail . payments
can be done through the EFT’s or other ways deemed fit and applicable by our
clients.
