I am the CEO and original founder of Educos in 1983, a company specialising in the design, development and
implementation of HR and Payroll Solutions. I have had the privilege of knowing Wendy Bown for a period of
23 years, 18 of which have been as an employee of Educos. During that period I got to know her in a personal as
well as a professional capacity.
Wendy is the type of employee that every business owner dreams of. Nothing is too much trouble or too much
effort. Her attention to detail, perfectionism and willingness to tackle any challenge with which she is presented,
are something exceptional.
Such is her ability to adapt and learn that Wendy was involved in product design, training, pre-and-post sales
activities, marketing initiatives, project management, presentations, detailed demonstrations, support, account
management, systems analysis, data migration, report writing and writing specifications. She embraced any
