To whom it may concern,
This letter is my personal recommendation for Edoardo Pulvirenti. Edoardo worked for
HousingAnywhere.com as a Student Ambassador from 02/11/2015 to 15/07/2016. He was in charge
of executing and launching HousingAnywhere.com´s promotional campaign in Rotterdam. This
included both online and offline promotional activities. Until recently, I have been Edoardo’s
immediate supervisor and have found his work ethic particularly commendable. Edoardo ´s main
tasks included conducting customer research reflective of the market in order to execute an
effective, targeted marketing program, offline promotion such as handing out flyers and proactively
engaging students as well as putting up posters at HousingAnywhere.com´s partner, Erasmus
University Rotterdam. Furthermore, he maintained and strengthened the existing partnership with
EUR and built relationships with other involved stakeholders such as the Student Associations and
private trusted landlords. Edoardo was also in charge of HousingAnywhere.com´s local Facebook
groups, growing the number of students involved to a highly satisfying degree. He helped to increase
our reach on a number of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. He also
delivered a lot of content in the form of pictures and videos for our social media campaigns.
Edoardo is disciplined, reliable and a quick learner. He takes his responsibilities seriously and delivers
high quality work. Besides his studies, he succeeded well in organizing his time efficiently to take care
of his tasks as a Student Ambassador as well as his academic career. During our weekly meetings,
Edoardo steadily moved forward in the campaign week by week and received feedback and advice
well. Always prepared and on time, he continuously provided me with creative, out of the box ideas.
He is an honest person, self-motivated and persistent and remains positive even in challenging
situations. Edoardo played an important role in helping HousingAnywhere.com to maintain and
further grow its business in the Netherlands. He managed to spread the word of
HousingAnywhere.com very well and helped increase the numbers of rooms offered on the platform
in Rotterdam. Though we are sad to lose such an enthusiastic and reliable team member at our
company, we are confident he has gained the experience and skills to excel in a new role and
company.
