I am writing in support of Ditte Marie Kraglund. I have come to know Ditte as a very bright
and motivated student, and would not hesitate to recommend her for a position at your

To give you the context for my recommendation, I note that I first came to know Ditte as a
mature and motivated student in my classes at AAU-CPH. In addition, I acted as Ditte’s
supervisor for her Master’s thesis in Human-Centered Informatics. In her Master’s thesis, Ditte
successfully undertook a large-scale analysis of the role that user-centered development
plays in software development by start-ups in San Francisco. Ditte’s work showed a very
high level quality and careful attention to detail at all stages of this project. In addition, she
showed great initiative and enthusiasm in navigating and mapping the start-up scene in San
Francisco, no doubt aided by her excellent level of English.
In all of the above collaborations, Ditte has been a hardworking, structured, and pleasant
individual to work with. She also possesses excellent communication and design skills.
