ADVANTAGES
 Reduce lead time and increase productivity
Two unit of garment industry that is C and M. C unit produces 15,856 pieces per day by using CAD
CAM while M unit produces manually 4,013 pieces per day .
So, the observation results show that cad cam system nearly 10 time faster than manual system.
 Reduction of wastage
Mathematical algorithms built in CAD system
The observation results show10 % fabric saving by using CAD CAM
 Raw edges of fabric do not fray out
