This document discusses Nestlé's use of Transporeon's logistics platform to improve its load planning and execution processes in Poland. As the world's largest food company, Nestlé operates production plants and distribution centers in Poland through Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific (CPP). CPP was experiencing delays and extended carrier loading times due to inaccurate shipping data and incorrect bookings. By partnering with Transporeon in 2013, CPP has reduced unnecessary communication, cut the time spent on planning and execution, and improved processes through automated transport assignment and time slot management. Carriers also benefit from greater time slot flexibility and efficiency.
