Currently working as a Chief Engineering Officer of an Air Force base dealing with supply and
looking after complete engineering setup of communication, transportation, Quality control functions
and on time delivery to more than 50% of the Indian Air Force.
Managed 7000 square meter office/hanger space employing 250 Workers. Operated and
maintained equipment worth Rs. 200 Crores in extreme inhospitable areas.
Tasked to Shift complete aircraft maintenance facilities including testing labs and major
2. maintenance lines to a different base and to operationalise these in a timeline of 10 days. Such task
was done for the first time. Took is as a challenge and completed in stipulated time. Commended by
Commanding -in- Chief for the task.
Recommended equipment and technicians deployment by mapping capabilities and mission
requirements for the entire Indian Air Force while catering for a timeline of 10 -15 years.
Oversaw the production process and managed the production schedule. Prepared and
maintained production reports and personnel records. Reviewed processing schedules and
productions orders concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures and
duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constrains.

Analysed work and manpower requirements of 15 engineering and logistic stations of Indian Air

Planned positioning of approximately 3000 engineers to all bases of Indian Air Force as per work
requirements.
Established project control procedures such as project forecasts and cash flow projections for
larger projects with timeline of 10-15 years.

Developed and rolled out new polices strategic in nature with an effective time frame of at least
