the Re-order level, the Re- order quantity, and the Maximum level.
PROCUREMENT
 Ascertaining Material Requirements; identifying and developing a reliable Vendor for
procurement of materials.
 Sourcing components, negotiating vendors for improving product quality & reducing lead
time for deliveries.
 Developing sound sourcing strategies to minimize Total Cost of Acquisition of direct
materials.
 Releasing supply schedules to Vendors to ensure on time deliveries on site.
 Formulating MIS reports relating to material management, cost savings / vendor QA
operations & transmitting them to the top management for facilitating the decision making
process.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
 Preparing & floating of tenders to contractors/sub- contractors, Annual maintenance.
 Contract (AMCs),and evaluation of offers, techno-commercial discussion & finalization of
contract in view of project schedule.
 Settling of all techno-commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project.
 Deploying review systems to manage execution as per effective techno-economic Feasibility.
 Overseeing client invoice submission, monitoring and following up of invoice Feasibility.
VENDOR DEVELOPMENT
 Strengthening existing vendor source & developing alternate suppliers.
