Job Responsibilities :-
• Study of Customer’s Specifications, Requirements of PMG & Drawings to understand the scope & required
delivery schedule.
• Finalizing the vendorfor the project.
• Cost control by optimization & formation of Rate Contracts on yearly basis with each vendors.
• Project Planning & Scheduling to meet the completion delivery target.
• Prepare BOM as per Drawing & issue FIM ( Free Issue Material) to Vendor.
• Arrange for necessary resources (Man & Materials) for the execution of Job.
• Ensure all activities are carried out as per standard operating procedures,Systems & Project specification.
• Co-ordinate with Internal Customers –Design, PMG, Planning, Production.
• Co-Ordinate with TPI & Customer for inspection at vendors place
.• Assist vendorto resolve any technical difficulties on the spot.
• Ensure the Quality of job produced by the vendor to meet required standards.
• Ensure the safety of Workman & Materials by safe working conditions & safe practice.
• Co-ordinate with Third party inspection agencies for the inspection clearance without any time delay.
• Attending departmental meeting with internal customer (PMG) on regular basis for reviewing job progress &
resolving problems.
• Feed back to PMG/Design regarding improvements required if any to achieve continual improvement.
• Final Inspection & successfulhanding over of Equipments/Jobs to Internal Customer (PMG/Shop).
• Submission of final documentation to Internal Customer (Inspection) & getting job completion certificate.
• Continuous follow up with all respective departments to clear Vendor's payments.
• Arrange for frequent Audits at vendor's place.
• Continuous training of Vendors & New vendordevelopment.
• Yearly Vendor Evaluation.
• Feed back to Vendor regarding improvements required if any to achieve continual improvement.
• Regularly (Once in a Six months) face Internal & External Audits of ISO 9001:2008, ASME, ISO 14001 &
OHSAS 18001:2007 conducted by QA.
• DR ( Department Representative) for Quality Audits.

- Diploma In Mechanical Engineer (First class) with 3 years of working experience in Project Management,
Manufacturing and Outsourcing.
- Habituated in working in an ISO 9001: 2008 environments.
- Excellent capability of reading Engineering Drawings.
- Project Management and Outsourcing.
- Proficient in MS Project, MS OFFICE & AutoCAD.
- Proficient in Baan-ERP & CCPM.
- Knowledge of Quality tools & techniques.
