Sales coordinator
• Preparing Quotations by analyzing the material cost and production schedules to meet the
customer requirements.
• Making Sales order request to generate the internal production work order.
• Coordination with other branches Riyadh, Jeddah sales team to carry out and execute the job
orders promptly.
• Making daily production plans according to the priorities set by the sales Manager with
respect to client requirement.
• Close relation with production to lineup the orders and execute the client orders smoothly in
timely manner according to the production plan.
• Coordination with dispatch and shipping departments to clear the material and deliver on
time to the client’s location.
• Follow-up with production crew to meet the production schedules according to production
plans and getting updates on daily basis of job status of each order,

• Making slitting plans for various mother coil specifications and sizes and trying to minimize
the drops and scrap percentage.

• Having familiarity with different kind of materials like Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled, Galvanized
Iron, Zinc, Aluminum etc.,
• Familiar with various material grades ASTM, JIS, BS, DIN,
• Attending Customer complaints and thoroughly discussing the issues with Quality
Department and Quality control.
• Maintaining customer complaints log and frequently analyzing to find out the root causes.
• Following ISO departmental procedure in routine job and updating all reports in timely
manner.
Material Inspector QC ( 6 Years Experience)
• To check arrived materials visually and report the condition of materials.
• Check documentation provided with materials related to Quality and Dimensions.
• Inspection of special materials like forgings flanges and tube sheets by using instruments
according to ASME codes.
• Thoroughly check materials dimensions by using all necessary instruments needed.
• Note down all dimensions on stores Materials Receiving Reports and check according to
ASME standards before accepting or rejecting the materials.
• Try at level best for tolerances allowed in codes so that materials could be at any cost useful
for company as replacement would take lot of time.
• Hold meetings with QC manager and concerned production departments for the clearance of
all held long lead items so that inspection could be justified.
• Checking material of various kinds like SS and CS of high and low temperature services as per
ASME Ed-2004, Add-2006.
• To review required material specifications from Indents and P.O and then study MTC of
materials to match the suitability of material as per requirement.
• To check all dimensions of materials according to ASME B-series e.g. for flanges, B16.5, B
16.47 Series A/B, B etc.
• To review the MTC according to Code Book ASME Section-II, Part-A for Ferrous material and
ASME Sec-II, Part-B for non-Ferrous material. After the acceptance of material update in the
system and maintain the record and return MRR to the store.
• To conduct inspection with client and get approval from client.
Mechanical inspector in SADAF, SASREF and Petrokemya plants.
Quality inspector QC in (MARAFIQ POWER & WATER PLANT)
