o Mould & press tool downtime from 06% to 0.25% through standardizing tool drawings.
o Lens mould rejection from 12% to 1.5% by introducing polishing method at frequent intervals.
o Yield Loss Press tool from 15 Pieces/ Sheet to 25 Components/Sheet by introducing reverse feeding method.
