techniques developed by two important therapists
in the mid 1970.{Richard bandler and john gringer}
Is a collection of techniques ,pattern ,and
strategies for assisting:

Discover how people can influence each other
Excellent behaviour can be duplicated.
Management training
Sport training
Communication sale

Language teaching
Neuro :is the way how we experience the world
through the five sense
Linguistic:is concerned with the way the language
we use shape as well reflects ,our experience of the
world
Programming :its training ourselves to think
,speak and act in new and positive ways achieving
only what we dreamt of .
 Outcomes :knowing precisely what you want helps you achieve it.
 Rapport :establish rapport with yourself and then with other :
maximize similarities and minimize difference
 Sensory acuity: noticing what another person is communicating
,consciously and nonverbally
 Flexibility: doing things differently if what you are doing is not
working having a range of skill to do something else or something
different.
I. Mind and body are interconnected
II. There are is no failure only feedback
III. Knowing what you want helps you get it
IV. The resources we need are wiyhin us.
V. Communication is nonverbal as well verbal
VI. Communication is conscious as well as unconscious.
VII. All behaviour has a positive intention
VIII. The meaning of my communication is the response I get
IX. Modeling excellent behaviour leads to excellence.
 In1983 howard gardner put forward his theory of multiple intelligences which
puts learning styles into three main categories.
 Visual learning in which the student respond best to visual stimuli such as videos,
demonstration ,reading and charts
 Auditory learning where the student prefers to have things explained to them
 Kinesthetic learning where students learn best when they perform an activity
themselves .such as doing experiment and taking part In practical lesson .
 Teacher are now increasingly apply NLP in the classroom for benefit of each type
of learner and it even being adopted as part of the curriculum in college.
NLP takes you a journey of a self discovery .it
allows you to generate your own learning and come
to your own awareness from working through the
process taught and you will benefit from the
acquisition of model of excellence in human
behaviour. This will provide you with a true a true
leading edge in understanding yoursekf and other
in the any context .and help you both
professionally and personally.
