1. Contractors Claim
• Dealy in notice period – 30 days – Claim amount 1.25 cores (including manpower
waste and equipment waste)
• Dealy in site handover – 30 days – Claim amount 3.5 cores (including manpower
waste and equipment waste)
• Soil Bearing Capacity as per contract 20 Tonne/m2, at site 16 Tonne/m2 – Depth of
Foundation, pile foundation increased from 9 mtrs to 12 mtrs. (Cost Increase – 12
Crore) 3.5 core
• Site personnel requirements was as per contract
• Cost of fittings as per contract – 8.00 Crore all the fittings was used on site the defective
fittings will be replaced no penalty will be paid
• Quality related any penalty will be not paid we have got the quality certificate at the
time of project handover.

Delay in utilities – Cost of manpower and equipment for 34 days - 85 Lakhs
Other delays – Cost of manpower and equipment for 20 days – 76 Lakhs
