We do laytime calculation for all platform and commodities.
Based on our cals with do negotiation with each counter party.
On behalf of freight desk, we do cals and negotiation with head owner.

Operation
Co-ordinate with seller and buyer for all documents requirement.
For Sugar we provide end to end service such as laytime calculation,
negotiation and payments with all counter parties directly.
We do Interaction and coordination with all members of the operations to
finish up each vessel as early as possible.
We negotiate with clients based on contract by following charterer parties
(seller, owner and buyer) for maximum profit in ours bucket.
We do provisioning and generate invoice (debit note or credit note), pay or
receive on behalf of LDC Geneva Sugar Division.
Also reviewing, reconciling and recording vessel disbursement accounts.
Re-bills vessel/voyage related owner / charterer items as needed and facilitates
timely settlements to smoothen the process.
While negotiation we take care of our relationship as well, so that its moves to
next step.
2. For all other commodity (Wheat, Corn, Soyabean Meals, Barley,all types of
Metals commodities, Fertilizers products and Oils) we only do laytime
calculation and negotiation from other counterparts.
We also deal with ship owner regarding demurrage and despatch on behalf of
our freight desk.
We do all calculations in Softmar and B&VL.
Quality Control
Supervising and controlling the daily activity is done by us first, then followed by
our seniors, we have our sharepoint as well to records our cals details.
For our Sugar client we maintain our own vessel-wise records for better
tracking.
We also maintain a collective summary of client-wise for sugar.
We have special online excel sheet, where all details are entered by us for easy
references of everyone.
We maintain a separate excel of our mistake with reason for better learning /
training purpose, to improve our quality and accuracy.

If the shipment is DTD then we have to arrange the truck for further

Maintaining and updating the master data on daily basis.
Managing and controlling our allocated warehouse for better performance.
We have to co-ordination with our different team for covering all operation
activity. So that the shipment reaches to customer safely and on time.

shipment.
