Logistics Coordination
 Handling shipment documents of Emirsal ll - Transfer, Import and Export Air, Sea & Road by
managing all forwarding Transport documents and customs clearance activities. Supervising
operations of cross functional units to achieve efficiency in all aspects of the Customer
Service delivery cycle.

2.  Arranging transport for Import & Export shipments
 Maintaining Customs deposit record & submission of refund documents
 Managing Logistics Operations by involving co-ordination with Local/Overseas Customers,
International Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Clearing Agents, and Internal & External
Agencies.
 Arrange for shipment pick up, negotiate rates with various shipping line/agents/clients/ sales
etc and co-ordinate with operations department for the further action with follow-up and
update customer on the same.
 Create Invoice & Packing list and releasing the shipment as per the payment terms approved
by the Finance Manager
Warehouse Incharge
 Preparation of Stock allocation report and forward to the respective Product Manager
 To Arrange verification of goods received. ie. Stock taking and confirming whether they tally
with the details of invoices. Arranging Floating locations by checking space availability and
distribute goods accordingly. Ensure location accuracy, maintain stock value accuracy.
Warehouse management with effective utilization of man power, Regular monitoring of
Container tracking for Inbound & Outbound shipment updation and arranging documents &
transportation accordingly. Review existing process, suggest improvements and provide
summery of accounts monthly to the Management.
 Generation of Commercial Invoices through the system.
 Maintaining the inventory and verifying the correctness with the system on daily basis.
 Timely execution of shipments to the customers.

2004 to 2014 as Warehouse and Logistics Incharge.
