Our Story
Vicki Rosenberg formed VRA after a 30-year career in management and executive leadership positions with
the Council of Michigan Foundations and J. Paul Getty Trust. She is a certified executive coach through
Linkage, Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory and certified facilitator through
Interaction Institute for Social Change. Rosenberg has an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles
and BA in studio art and art history rom the University of Minnesota.
Rosenberg has designed and led several successful national and statewide field-building initiatives in the
philanthropic sector including Learning and the Arts: Crossing Boundaries, Policy Works for Philanthropy, and
Transforming Michigan Philanthropy Through Diversity and Inclusion. She is author or editor of numerous
