Biographical Information
Becky Foreman is an ICA certified facilitator and qualified trainer with over 20 years of
executive management experience. Becky uses the Technology of Participation® methods
developed by the Institute of Cultural Affairs to help diverse agencies develop plans that
succeed by engaging all stakeholders in a powerful, highly participatory process. She has
gained expertise in board and staff development and training through her role as a nonprofit
executive as well as through her service on many local nonprofit boards. She has worked
with a colleague to design and deliver “in house” training sessions to help education
professionals gain skills to communicate effectively with teachers, students and parents.
Becky's community recognitions include: "Outstanding Executive Director" by the Agency
Executives Association, "Community Champion” by Molina Healthcare, "Woman of
Distinction" by California 63rd District Assemblyman Bill Emmerson, and "Everyday Hero"
by the YWCA of Riverside County. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
and Management from the University of Redlands.
