2. Workshop
◦ My idea of the activity to welcome newcomers and to wake up
“sleeping beauties” is by holding a workshop. Lately, Workshops are
becoming the best way to share information and to have fun. I have
noticed that teens nowadays enjoy being part of these activities to gain
experience and to learn more about environmental and social issues
that our community has, but that we can make a little change to them
by getting knowledge. Instead of being focused on other issues we are
promoting eTwinning to new members but also encouraging old
members to become more active this year by implementing their own
eTwinning projects.

3. WELCOMING THE
NEWCOMERS!

4. In the
beginning we
are going to
hand out
leaflets to the
students and
teachers
around the
school. We are
also going to
attach the
event’s posters
on our
eTwinning
corner.

5. The workshop
will begin with a
brief
presentation
about
eTwinning
platform,
Twinspace and
our school’s
eTwinning
projects which I
am going to
present.

6. Workshop activities
◦ After the presentation, we are going to
have some icebreakers so the students
and the teachers can get more
comfortable around each other but
also become more excited about
eTwinning projects as an
extracurricular “subject”.

7. ◦ Then the “veteran” students will show
their experiences throughout their
whole year with eTwinning projects
such as Consume less, create more ;
STEM in life ; Treasure of wisdom ; We
learn online through projects, etc.

8. Awaking sleeping teachers
◦ The teachers under my mentoring and
guidance will get help for their upcoming
eTwinning projects but also awaken them
to interact more efficiently this year! They
will get trained on how to use Twinspace
platform and manage students to become
part of projects.

9. Finally, we’ll
present a
tutorial video
of Twinspace
and every
student and
teacher that
were part of
the workshop
open their
accounts !
