2. Introduction
• Prism will create an energetic meritorious nation to prepare
enthusiastic school students with various types of Olympiad and
Debating preparations, Project ideas, Poster presentation and
helping to develop intelligence by Rubik's Cube.
• We want to minimize the gap between rural and urban student’s
participation in science projects and Olympiads. We will go
doorsteps to the decelerated students to enhance the
impetuosity of them to participate in the national events.

3. Problem identification
• Less participation of rural students in national events.
• Less scope of forthcomingness about science fests.
• Don’t have enough knowledge about Debating, Project Ideas,
and Poster Presentation.
• Students feel scare about interesting events like Olympiads &
Science fair.
• Can’t get proper guidance and pathfinder towards these events.

4. Our intervention (Scope of Work)
• We will take a workshop on Olympiad, Debating, Project Idea, Poster
Presentation and Rubik’s Cube at the schools which we have selected
based on the problem identified.
• We will organize a science fair regarding Olympiad, Rubik's Cube,
Project Display, Poster Presentation and Debating.
• Our last goal will be establishing a Science Club on that school to keep
the students in pace with these activities.

5. Our intervention (Scope of Work)
• We can encourage them to participate in these events.
• Convincing both the students and their guardians towards
these co-curricular activities.
• Some workshop, following a few competitions, can be
arranged for increasing their interest in it.
• Preparing them properly to compete with urban advanced
students.

6. Goals/Objectives
• Run a survey and select two institutions to run our project.
• Arrange a workshop on Olympiad, Rubik’s Cube, Project Idea,
Poster Presentation and Debating to grow interested among the
students.
• Develop an automated messenger BOT by which we will provide
them all kinds of resources/materials for beginners to get started
into these segments. Our BOT will reply to them in a few
seconds when they send a message in our page inbox.
• Launch this BOT in these workshop after their segment session.

7. Goals/Objectives
• Arrange a small scale competition to select out the students
having the most potential.
• Establish a science club with the permission of the school
authorities
• Provide the proper guidance and assistance to the selected
students for participating in national events such
as Gonit Utshob, Regional Mathematical Olympiad,
Divisional Mathematical Olympiad, National Mathematical
Olympiad and so on.

46. Evaluation
• We have run our project in only KUET School though we estimated to do it
in at least a couple of schools. (Due to SSC examination we can’t make
anything happen throughout the February)
• We have reached around 350 students by our project.
• We have successfully launched out messenger BOT through our page “We the
Olympians”
• No competition among the students has been arranged inside our timeline.
• The primary discussion to establish a science club at the school has been
done.

47. Next steps
• Arrange workshops in different schools in Khulna region.
• Connect KUET MATH club and MEC club with our organization for a larger prospect.
• Collaborate with EMART.BD for purchasing electrical equipment easily and
inexpensively.
• Establish our wings in different universities to help remote students of different areas in
between 2021.
• Create video tutorials on Mathematical
Olympiad, Rubik’s Cube, Poster Presentation and Project Idea etc.
• Recruit campus ambassador from these schools.
