in the modern and developed
area of Lahore. The name of this
area is Green Town.
• The best location for the
business point of view.
• Convenient access from north ,
south and east regions of the
city.
• Geographically central location
of the city.

4. INTRODUCTION
PERSPECTIVE TOWER is a 8-story 96ft (30 meter), mixed-use
skyscraper.. It is one of the first skyscrapers in Pakistan to
achieve a gold rating for environmental sustainability. The
PERSPECTIVE TOWER comprises a main skyscraper and a
business skyscraper which is for mixed use of the Car
Showroom , Restaurant , Cinema and a Luxury Snooker
Club. This project is done by the leading Architectural Firm
of Pakistan named as the Perspective Corner.

The tower is mainly
composition of 8 floor,
which are arranged in the
top of each other in this
sense that every portion has
its unique shape and size,
that makes the tower most
beautiful and unique from
the other. the Ground
Floor,1st Floor and 2nd Floor
is for Car Showroom, the 3rd
and 4th Floor is for
Restaurant, the 5th and 6th
Floor is for Cinema and in
the last the 7th and 8th Floor
is for Snooker Club.

A showroom is a large space used to display products for sale, such
as automobiles, furniture, appliances, carpet or apparel. It is
a retail store of a company in which products are on sale in a space
created by their brand or company. A showroom can also be a
space for wholesale buyers to view fashion merchandise for sale in
their retail stores

ranging from inexpensive fast food restaurants and cafeterias, to mid-
priced family restaurants, to high-priced luxury establishments

basically steel.

A cinema (British English) or cinema hall , is a building that
contains auditoria for viewing films (also called movies) for
entertainment. Most, but not all, theaters are commercial
operations catering to the general public, who attend by purchasing
a ticket. Some movie theaters, however, are operated by non-profit
organizations or societies that charge members a membership fee to
view film

30. Snooker Club
Snooker is a cue sport that originated among British Army officers stationed
in India in the second half of the 19th century. It is played on a rectangular
table covered with a green cloth (or "baize"), with pockets at each of the four
corners and in the middle of each long side. Using a cue stick and 21 coloured
balls, players must strike the white ball (or "cue ball") to pot or pocket the
remaining balls in the correct sequence, accumulating points for each pot. An
individual game (or frame), is won by the player scoring the most points. A
match is won when a player wins a predetermined number of frames

exterior of the tower is fully
isolated for the heat and sun
rays. This types of façade is
mainly used in the Arab
Countries because of its heat
isolation so that’s why we use
this façade for exterior because
almost 8-9 months in the
Pakistan remain hot

designed for almost 2000
vehicles . There are
basically two floor of the
paring in the basement
and smooth entry and
exit rout for the flow of
traffic.

38. Structural facts
The tower is basically a frame structure.
These structures are usually used to overcome the large
moments developing due to the applied loading. The
structure core consist of concrete core and post tensioned
concrete slab and spandrel beams. the maximum distance
between the columns id about 30 ft and the cross sectional
area of column is 2’ x 2’.

39. FOUNDATIONS
The combined pile raft foundation system(which combines
the bearing effect of elements of raft and pile)is used. They
are constructed on a compacted hardcore base (perhaps
100 mm thick). A layer of blinding concrete may then be
laid to allow formation of the raft (typically 50 mm) with a
waterproof membrane above.
