 Individually served and managed unit Automotive Repair Parts warehouse, completed
location audit and inventory of 5,000 line items valued at over $100k, greatly increasing
overall warehouse effectiveness and customer service
 Stock Item Table Manager, reviewed and updated 650 line item stock record cards utilizing
RSupply, ensuring requisitions are not rejected from the stock system, and decreasing
material delivery time
 Government Purchase Card Holder, processed, received, issued and maintained over 8,000
critical consumable and repairable requisition in support of aircraft and personnel attached
to the command, providing excellent customer service to 11 production work centers
 Government Purchase Cardholder, completed purchase requests, maintaining 100%
accountability of all purchases, ensuring proper receiving and issuing of all material to
include complete validation of all required documentation
 Reviewed and revised receipt and turnover process, ensuring requests are filed and turned
over in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining strict accountability for every purchase

 Assisted with the planning and execution of four command events for all command

 Relational Supply Unit Technical Specialist, perform various automated systems inventory
and financial management functions utilizing the Naval RSUPPLY program, to include
inventory control, stock recorders, analysis of historical demand listings, and financial reports,
ensuring inventory and financial transactions are accurate and reconciled regularly
 Process material storage records in an office environment, perform basic inventory record
keeping procedures, and fulfill requisition requests, protect and control proprietary materials
 Enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production,
distribution, and inventory
 Prepare correspondence, research and identify material, apply proper supply administration
processes, and prepare proper documentation for audit
 Responsible for material security, material control, storeroom organization, inventory records,
repair cycle, tool control, and requisition process
 Process forms, manage inventories, using Naval computer based programs to manage supply
outlets, and conduct camp turnovers in accordance with applicable references
 Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, or staffing tables, to determine
personnel or materials requirements or material priorities
 Requisition and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production
demands
 Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of
materials and meet production schedules
 Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess
completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications
 Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, or quality
control measures
 Calculate figures, such as required amounts of labor or materials, manufacturing costs, or
wages, using pricing schedules, adding machines, calculators, or computers
