To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is to confirm Mr. San Lynn Htun internship has been successfully completed from July
2015 to March 2016. During the period Mr. San had worked on several tasks, but his main focus had
been in recruitment function.
Mr. San main task assigned was to assist our Business Development Manager and Senior
Recruitment Consultant with their candidate sourcing, working to fill both job vacancies for
Myanmar and as well as our local clients.
Through his own network and social media, Mr. San spent time connecting with Myanmar
candidates, helped with shortlist screening and developing a good pipeline for our recruitment
database. He also successfully made a placement for our client in Myanmar.
Mr. San approached his task diligently and take full accountability in what was assigned to him. He
has coped well living, working and studying in different cultures, and has developed good
relationships with our colleagues and become a good support staff for our team.
We hope under this short time we were able to give Mr. San some useful experience and certain
degree of exposure into the real working environment.
