division.
 Coordinates and directs project management activities among various companies involving: information
technology resources and infrastructure; existing building renovations; new construction; electrical
requirements; plumbing requirements; acquisitions; budget management.
 Responsible for initiating and decision making for all departmental personnel actions; makes decisions
in the areas of interdepartmental transfers; approves training requests; makes decisions on disciplinary
and grievance actions.
 Establishes departmental goals and priorities; establishes departmental policies and procedures;
monitors compliance with regulations; establishes and monitors strategic plans, developmental
programs, and company master plan; researches and recommends new or additional programs.
 Performs periodic inspections of all facilities; monitors, plans, and provides oversight for construction
projects.
 Oversees development and accuracy of a multi-million dollar annual budget; monitors expenditures of
each division under current budget; approves purchase requisitions; monitors revenue accounts.
 Compiles and monitors various administrative and statistical data pertaining to departmental
operations; performs research as needed; makes applicable calculations; analyzes trends; prepares or
generates reports; maintains records; oversees maintenance of departmental files and records.
 Receives a variety of correspondence, advertisements, reports, forms, invoices, requisitions, work
orders, and related documents; reviews, approves, and/or submits same to appropriate personnel;
maintains related files.
 Operates a computer to enter, retrieve, review or modify data utilizing Microsoft Word, Microsoft
Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word Processor, spreadsheet, database, presentation, Internet, e-mail,
and other software; operates general office or other equipment as necessary to complete essential
functions.
 Conducts staff and departmental meetings; promotes team building; develops actions plans; delegates
tasks and assignments; monitors adherence to personnel policies.
