Responsible for the process flow of a high volume, order fulfillment, multi-shift distribution center.
Manage all functions to ensure timely accurate product receipt, order fulfillment, and the optimization of resources and
processes.

2. Guest Distribution -Supervisor 05/1996-07/2010
Responsibilities on a daily basis:
o Supervising 6 to 12 associates in all department functions
o Receiving Inbound deliveries from the Manufacturing Plant and Outside Vendors, including accurate receipt,
put away, resolution of physical discrepancies to shipping documents, bin consolidation
o Supervising picking/checking/loading/shipping of 12 to 25 Outbound deliveries per day, including preparation
of all shipping documents
o Reconciling physical inventory balances to systemic balances including compliance with cycle counting
programs, reporting and investigating discrepancies, participating in error and discrepancy resolution
Daily workload and resource planning for Department and Inter-Department needs
Extensive experience with data entry/data processing of Distribution and Manufacturing transactions on Company
and 3rd
Party Customer Computer Systems, including reconciliation of data between computer systems
General Supervisory Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
o Time & Attendance auditing and authorizations,
o Interviewing, hiring, counseling of Employees,
o Maintaining department assigned forklift and computer equipment,
o Report preparation to Management, including daily notifications, changes to processes, discrepancies, etc.
o Maintaining Safe work environment,
o Monitoring/reporting of defective/damaged equipment to ensure proper Lock Out/Tag procedures and timely
repair/replacement
Training responsibilities of employees, including:
o Monthly Safety Program Trainings,
o Proper use, care and cleaning of WMS equipment,
o Proper use, care and operation of Forklift equipment,
o Physical and systemic Distribution procedures,
o Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment
o Maintenance of Employee and Departmental Training Records
Compliance with Quality Assurance and FDA-regulated procedures as well as Customer Policies and Procedures
relating to inventory integrity
Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS), including PC/RF handheld device functionality. (High
Jump Software package.)
Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning System (PeopleSoft) and interfaces to WMS.
Trainer during implementation for the WMS for system functionality, including RF handheld devices.
