Started August 2014 as a mortgage banker and quickly promoted in January 2015 as a team lead / sales manager
Reputable for being the expert in mortgage products, agency and government guidelines, and borrower qualification / loan
approval thru DU and LP automated underwriting system.
End of the year 2014 personal production funded 11 units for 2.2 Million. 2015 year-to-date production funded 30 units for
7.7 million with an approx. 1.5 – 2 million revolving pipeline. 25 percent of my time was spent originating and 75 percent
of my time was working on the branch pipeline, coaching, sales training, team building, recruiting, and regular reporting.
