1. Since starting my career with State Farm, I have developed into a passionate, eager
associate with a strong commitment to customer focus. As an Underwriting Service Assistant, I
have built strong relationships with my teammates and leadership groups. With this experience,
it has helped me grow into a more knowledgeable, self-aware individual and has motivated me to
pursue a higher position within the company. I am motivated by challenging opportunities,

been presented. By working on my AINS designation and joining Young Business Professionals
and Toastmasters, taking advantage of the opportunities for continued personal growth shows my
