Performance Review Comments
Christopher Smartt, Branch Manager – Humble
2014-2015
2015
 Tracey had another great performance in the third quarter. I truly feel that this has been
her finest. She had to manage through some adversity, and once again, has proven she is
very knowledgeable and capable. With Tracey's help, we have finally nailed down a process
that is working great at Humble. She has done this by taking several bankers under her
wing to help a multitude of business clients. She has owned Small Business in our store and
continually leads the team. Great Work!
 One CIP error and three T.E.'s for third Quarter. With the complex clients and relationships
that Tracey works with, this is an excellent job managing risk. I have great confidence in
her ability to protect the bank and open accounts with the highest integrity.
 Tracey is actively involved in the community and works to establish working relationships
with clients, bankers, and partners. Keep up the great work!
 Tracey truly understands the value of building referral relationships and long-term
partnerships. She works with BBG and merchant services, to name a few. She has an
established relationship with the Chamber of Commerce. Tracey exhibits strong networking
behaviors that leads to her ability to put up big numbers each and every quarter.
 Tracey continues to set herself a part as a very dependable employee. She consistently
performs above her required metrics and always exceeds her goals.
 Tracey has proven over another successful year that she is one of the best. She is a dream
to manage as she is a self-starter, self-motivator, and a go-getter. She continues to develop
fruitful and long lasting relationships with both clients and bankers. She is keen on what is
expected of her, and she pushes herself to improve. I am excited to see what she does in
the coming year, she has an exceptionally bright future with Wells Fargo Bank.
2014
 Tracey is that employee that you wish you could have ten of. She is one of the best bankers
I have ever had the privilege to work with. I say that, not as flattery, but as a sincere
testament to her work ethic and ability to do great things.
 Tracey is a valuable asset to this team. She works hard and effectively on her own. She
does not need to be micro-managed as she is always aware of her goals and what she
needs to achieve them.
 Tracey is a very determined employee, and one of her strongest attributes is that she can
work easily and successfully without constant supervision. She is a strong appointment
setter, and that is key to her success. She works her book of business regularly, and her
customers rave about her.
 Tracey approaches her position, like no other banker. She needs very little encouragement
or direction, as she is highly motivated and a go-getter.
 Tracey is very important to this team. She handles her business, her customers, and the
tasks she has been assigned with professionalism and expertise. She is a true blessing, and
she is a pleasure to manage.
