2. Style sheet-Fonts
For my choices of fonts, I have ended up with these three. It was kind of hard to find fonts for the style of
magazine I'm going for. But from these three I plan to use at least two of them in my work and then use a
basic serif for the context in my information. My first fond chosen is Long Shot font. Because my magazine
will be based on modern day music and not involving much history I wanted a more modern font that also
attracted my target audience. I also wanted a nice and clear font so the audience and readers can actually
read what is on magazine. Even though it’s a gothic style font, I think it will still fit in fine for what I'm
going for. The second font I chose I thought looked different and very appealing on first glance. I also
chose it due to the fact it would be perfect to use my new skills from my experiments on it. I would use
this Origicide font for the article title about the rap group. My final font I chose is different but still on the
side of being bold and standing out. I'm not sure if I’m going to add in all three fonts or just two but I
know when I begin designing the rest of my product. If I only use the of these fonts then I can then
proceed to use the third one for my merchandise.
3. Style sheet-colours
For my selection of colours I wanted to have a good
variety for when I'm creating my product. I say this
because then I have such a wide range of options
that I can work with that will make my product the
best it can possibly be. So most of these colours I
think will make an appearance for my front cover
and then only use a few for my double page spread
because I need the reader attention on the
information given not on how pretty the page look.
But yet again I'm not going to create a bland double
page spread. For whatever colours I use for my front
cover I know that’s what I shall colour my website
with. I'm going to do this because from doing my
research I found that big names do this because
then they're relating both products the same name.
Then for the merchandise, I was going to relate the
double page spread colours with the merchandise
because then it helps people relate to the rap group
and my magazine.
4. Style sheet-image style
When it comes to image style I was thinking of these three image types. I like the up close shots which
gives a more important and personal feel to the magazine which really does help attract peoples
attention. If I was going to use this then I would use it for my front cover more then a double page spread
but both can be very useful. The image I picked in the middle is going to be more of what I'm going to
create because I'm going to have at least three people for my rap group shoot. Again I would like
something like this because of the group looking towards the reader making it more intriguing to read.
It’s a nice mid to long range shot for a group image but I would prefer to have more of a portrait one
then a landscape style. Finally the mid range shot of a single person standing would be a good for my
double page spread by having each member separate across the page. Posing like Denzel curry pointing
at each other, this will give me a good few different ideas that could improve my work massively.

10. Layout 3- Website
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not
simply random text. It has roots in a piece of
classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it
over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a
Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in
Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure
Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum
passage, and going through the cites of the
word in classical literature, discovered the
undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes
from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de
Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes
of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC.
This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics,
very popular during the Renaissance. The first
line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit
amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

I might not be able to book any equipment. Make sure I know exactly when I plan on using
the equipment, so I can book it in plenty of time

The camera could break when I'm using it. Make sure when I'm using the camera its safe
and secure before using.
Another class might have already booked out
the studio.
Give myself enough time to book out when I
need the studio.
There could be some really bad weather,
preventing me from coming into college.
Make sure I have work to do at home so I keep
up with my production schedule.

17. Health and Safety

Before beginning class make sure everyone's

I could get a really painful headache or
migraine due too lack of sleep or dehydration.
Make sure I get plenty of sleep and haver a
bottle of water with me during the day.
I could get some really bad eye strain and it
could become very hard to finish my work.
Limit myself the previous night on what
technology I use and for how long I use it for so
I can spend a full day on computers with no
pain.
Through out the day I could have really bad
fatigue and this can effect my work rate and
concentration.
Make sure I keep having a good healthy
breakfast and sleep to set me up for the day.
