3. Tirsah N. Holder is an alumnus of Andrews
University in Michigan, U.S.A and the University of
the Southern Caribbean (formerly Caribbean Union
College) in Trinidad and Tobago. She holds a
Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters of Arts
degree and is a Doctoral Student at Northern
Caribbean University, Jamaica. Her specialties are
Psychology, Counselling and Education. Her
professional affiliations include the American
Psychological Association and the International
Mentoring Association.

4. Professional Involvement
During her nine year career, Tirsah has been a
Probation Officer, Guidance Counsellor,
Entrepreneur, Administrator, Lecturer, Trainer,
Seminar Presenter and Inspirational Singer. Presently
her portfolio includes being the Director of JBL
Business Solutions Ltd, and the Managing Director of
Holder and Associates Counselling and Consultancy
Services, which also administrates for the Mentoring
and Educational Development Programme.
